AND (a) Diploma in Industrial Health or Equivalent post Graduate certificate of training in Industrial Health recognised by the Central or State Government, OR (b) Having work experience for a period not less than three years in policy, execution and advice and safety & health of workers employed in mines, ports and docks, factories and buildings and other construction work. Personal Accident Insurance Policy for an amount of Rs.12 Lakhs respectively to cover any eventuality including disability and medical treatment therefor. To & fro local conveyance charges @ Rs.14/- per K.M. shall be paid from local residence. Medical Officer will be entitled for 12 CL and 12 paid leave in a calendar year.
