Emergency Medical Officer will receive an honorarium of Rs. 56,100 per month. The engagement will be for a period of 11 months or until the posts are filled by regular appointment, whichever is earlier. Accommodation will be provided in the University campus as per University rules. Selection will be done through a walk-in interview. Eligible candidates must appear with original certificates at University Hospital, Pantnagar on the scheduled interview date and time. Notification Date 03/12/2025 Last Date for Receipt of Application 09/12/2025 (up to 02:30 PM) Walk-in Interview Date 10/12/2025 at 11:00 AM The appointment is purely on contractual and temporary basis for 11 months and may be terminated by either side on one month prior notice. If the work is not satisfactory, the contract can be terminated by the University without any notice. The Emergency Medical Officer will attend patients of University Hospital as per the time schedule decided by the Vice-Chancellor. The Emergency Medical Officer will be governed by University rules and regulations and professional regulations prescribed by the Government of Uttarakhand. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview. In case of non-availability of a suitable SC candidate, a candidate from the general category may be selected for the SC post for 11 months.
