Applicants should hold the relevant qualification for the post such as B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, MBBS, Architecture, or an equivalent degree from a recognized university. The age of applicants will be determined as on 16/02/2026, the closing date for submission of the application. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.
General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 100/- + applicable postal charges/service charges. SC/ST/PWD: Nil for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS of Gujarat, Ex-Servicemen, PwD. Reserved category candidates from other states must pay the fee. Payment Mode: Online (Net Banking, Card Payment, Other Payment Mode) or Offline (through Print Challan at Post Office by 17/02/2026).

Candidates will be selected based on a Preliminary Test and Interview.
1. One Time Registration (OTR): Mandatory before applying online.
2. Online Application: Apply through the official websites https://gpsc.gujarat.gov.in or https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
3. Fill Details: Carefully fill in all personal, educational, and experience details in the application form.
4. Confirmation: Confirm the application after verifying all details.
5. Fee Payment: Pay the application fee either online (Net Banking, Card Payment, etc.) or offline through a Post Office challan. For offline payment, print the challan and pay at a post office by 17/02/2026.
6. Keep Records: Keep a printout of the confirmed application and the fee payment receipt/challan for future reference.
7. No Fee, No Exam: Applications without fee payment will be rejected. Unreserved candidates who fail to pay the fee by the deadline but download the call letter must pay a processing fee of Rs. 500/- in cash at the GPSC office or online via the 'FEES MODULE' on the website before the exam. Contact GPSC if any payment issues persist.
