✔️ As per HAL and National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS/NAPS) norms. 50% of the stipend will be paid by HAL, and the remaining 50% by NATS via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the candidate’s Aadhaar-seeded bank account.

Qualification

Age Limit (as on 13/08/2025):

✔️ ITI Candidates: Maximum 23 years (General category).
✔️ Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 years for PwBD as per government guidelines.
✔️ Age limit for Graduate/Diploma candidates not specified (as per HAL norms).

Educational Qualification:

✔️ Graduate: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university, completed on or after 2021.
✔️ Diploma: Full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, IT, or Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized institution, completed on or after 2021.
✔️ ITI: Full-time ITI in Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder, Foundryman, or Forger & Heat Treater from a government-recognized institution.
✔️ Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination from institutes in Odisha.
✔️ Candidates with work experience of one or more years, or those currently undergoing/registered for apprenticeship elsewhere under NATS/NAPS, are not eligible.

Salary Details
