Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC)

• Educational Qualification (Essential):
  • Master of Business Administrator with five years’ experience in Government Department or Public Sector Undertaking or Commercial Organization of repute on the post carrying pay scale not below the pay scale of post of Class-II in the Corporation.
  • Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matriculation or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
• Experience (Essential): Five years’ experience as specified above on a post carrying pay scale not below the pay scale of a Class-II post in the Corporation.
• Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India, subject to eligibility certificate where required.
• Reservation Conditions: Benefit of reservation is available only to eligible SC, ST, BC-A (Non Creamy Layer), BC-B (Non Creamy Layer), EWS and PwBD category candidates who are residents/domiciles of Haryana State, as per relevant Government instructions and notifications.

• Minimum Age: 25 years.
• Maximum Age: 45 years, on or before the closing date of the advertisement i.e. 09/02/2026.
• Relaxation in maximum age for various categories is admissible as per Government instructions dated 25.03.2022, including relaxation for Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes of Haryana, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, Ex-servicemen, widows, divorced women, unmarried women and certain other categories, subject to a maximum upper age generally not exceeding 52 years where specified.

Minimum Age:
Maximum Age: 25 to 45 years on or before 09/02/2026, with relaxations as per Government instructions.

• Application fee is payable only through online mode (Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card) up to 05:00 PM of the closing date.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded or held in reserve for any other examination or selection; applications without prescribed fee (unless fee remission is claimed) will be summarily rejected.

• Generally, the Commission follows a three-stage recruitment process: Screening Test, Subject Knowledge Test and Interview.
• In the event of a large number of applications, the Commission may shortlist candidates for the next stage using one or more of the following modes:
  • Percentage of marks in minimum educational qualification.
  • Percentage of marks in different educational qualifications with weightage as decided by the Commission.
  • Desirable qualifications, if prescribed.
  • Higher educational qualifications than the minimum/essential qualification.
  • Higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed.
  • Counting experience before or after acquisition of minimum/essential qualifications.
  • Holding a Screening Test and/or Subject Knowledge Test.
• The Commission may decide to hold a Screening Test followed by Subject Knowledge Test and Interview, or directly a Subject Knowledge Test and Interview, and its decision regarding pattern of exam will be final and binding.
• Issuance of e-Admit Card is provisional and does not by itself confer any right of eligibility; candidature remains subject to fulfillment of all conditions and verification of documents.

• Candidates must apply online only by visiting the Commission’s website www.hpsc.gov.in; no other means/mode of submission of application will be accepted.
• The application process involves four stages: (i) Registration of the candidate, (ii) Filling up particulars in the application form, (iii) Payment of fee, and (iv) Final submission of the signed application form.
• Candidates can register online using their Mobile Number and Aadhaar Number; if Aadhaar data is not updated, they should apply using their Mobile Number.
• After registration, a Login ID will be created, using which candidates can apply against the advertisement as per their qualifications.
• After filling the application form and making payment of the requisite fee, candidates must take a printout of the application form, check, sign it and upload the duly signed copy along with relevant documents.
• If a candidate does not upload a signed copy of the downloaded application form, his/her application will be considered incomplete and automatically rejected.
• The online application can be submitted up to the closing date 09/02/2026 till 05:00 PM; eligibility regarding age, educational qualifications and experience is determined with reference to this date.

• Pay Scale for Manager (Personnel) (Group-A) in Haryana State Warehousing Corporation: PB-II, Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6000 (Pay Level-11).
• The recruitment will be made strictly in accordance with the relevant Service Rules of Manager (Personnel) as framed by the Government up to the date of issuance of this advertisement.
