Special Judicial Magistrate (SJM)

Essential Qualifications

• Status: Must be a Government servant (current or former) OR has held any post under the Government of India/State Government/Union Territory
• Educational Qualification: Must possess:
  • Law degree (LL.B. from a recognized university), OR
  • Be well-experienced in relation to legal affairs to the satisfaction of the High Court

   • For Jalaun: District Judge, Jalaun District Court
4. Ensure all documents are complete and properly organized
