Stipend will be payable to ITI Trade / Vocational Apprentices as per Apprenticeship Act 1961. Minimum age: 18 years Maximum age: 27 years Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD candidates in respective category. Notification Date 10 January 2026 Last Date for Receipt of Application 30 January 2026 Selection will be based on Merit. Merit finalized with 70% weightage to percentage obtained in High School and 30% weightage to percentage obtained in ITI (or Vocational subject as applicable). In case of CGPA result, equivalent percentage (correct to two decimal places) as per certified conversion formula of the board/council shall be used. Approximation not allowed (e.g., 86.45 will not be considered 86.50). Reservation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PWD/HAL Employee ward as per Apprenticeship Act 1961, Government of India and HAL guidelines. EWS certificate not older than 1 year as on 31/03/2026 (issued on/after 01/04/2025). OBC(NCL) certificate not older than 3 years as on 31/03/2026 (issued on/after 01/04/2023). Dependents of HAL employees (working/retired/deceased) to submit application through HR Department of HAL. For ITI Trades: Must be registered on apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and possess valid registration number. For Vocational Trades: Must be registered with Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (RDSDE), Kanpur-208022. Duration of training: One year. Applications accepted only by Post/Courier (Normal or Speed Post). No TA/DA for appearing in selection process. HAL reserves right to cancel advertisement/selection process at any stage. ITI and Vocational (10+2) Apprentices
