Qualification

Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years, Maximum 25 Years as on 02.03.2026 (Relaxation: 5 Years for SC/ST, 3 Years for OBC-NC, 10 Years for PwBD).

Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation with minimum 60% aggregate marks (UR/OBC-NC) or 50% (SC/ST/PwBD).

Passing Year: Degree completed on or after 01 April 2023.

Other: Freshers eligible (no experience required). Must be registered on NATS 2.0 Portal. Only Indian nationals.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on Merit List prepared as per percentage of marks in qualifying examination. No Written Test or Interview.

Form Apply Process
Eligible candidates must apply online through HPCL portal. The registration steps are as follows:-
➢ Step 1: Visit http://jobs.hpcl.co.in/Recruit_New/recruitlogin.jsp and click “Sign up for New Registration”.
➢ Step 2: Complete registration; login credentials will be sent to registered email.
➢ Step 3: Login and fill the application form carefully (select Engineering Branch, preferred State, etc.).
➢ Step 4: Upload photograph and signature.
➢ Step 5: Preview, verify, accept declaration, and submit. Confirmation email with Application Number will be sent.
