Permanent Positions: IDA pay scales – E7: Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000; E5: Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000; E3: Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000; E2: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000. In addition to Basic Pay, regular officers are entitled to Industrial DA, HRA, Allowances (27% of Basic Pay under cafeteria approach subject to Govt review), Contributory PF, Gratuity, reimbursement of medical expenses at CGHS rates for in-patient treatment, leave encashment, subsidized lunch and other benefits as per company policies/Govt regulations. Senior Chief Project Superintendent (Technical) – FTC: Approx. consolidated pay of Rs. 2,15,000/- per month on fixed term contract for 3 years extendable by 1+1 years or till 60 years of age, whichever earlier. All vacancies are primarily for Visakhapatnam; selected officers may be transferred to project locations for up to 2 years in one stretch and may undertake outstation duties to Delhi/Yards/Vendor premises as required.
