Qualification
Age Limit (As on 28/02/2026):
- Manager: maximum 40 years.
- Assistant Manager: 21 to 30 years.
- The upper age relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen, 03 years for OBC NCL, 10 years for PwBD.
Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Manager (Grade A) – Generalist: Postgraduate degree / diploma in any discipline / Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) / BA+LLB (5 year) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA) / B. Tech / B.E. At least 02 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Grade A) – Environment and Social Safeguard: Engineering / Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, M.Sc. or Post-Graduation in Social Works / Sociology / Anthropology / Economics Development Services. At least 02 years post qualification experience.
Manager (Grade B) – Generalist: Postgraduate degree / diploma in any discipline / Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) / BA+LLB (5 year) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA) / B. Tech / B.E. Minimum Experience: 2 years in
related areas in financial sector/ Banks/ Financial Institutions/ PSUs/ reputed corporates and overall experience of minimum 7 years in the officer/executive cadre.
