• IT Roles: 4-year BE/BTech in CS/IT/ECE or PG in relevant fields or NIELIT 'B' Level, plus mandatory certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP for Chief Manager) and 3-8 years experience in IT operations/strategy in banking/finance.
