Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University. Age Criteria: Under the age of 55 years (as on 02 February 2026). Work Experience: For Government Officers: Minimum 5 years of regular service at Level-11 or above (7th CPC) in Ministries/Departments, Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings, State Government Departments and State Public Sector Undertakings. Interest in Cultural Management, including organizing cultural events and exhibitions. For Private Sector Professionals: Minimum 8 years of work experience in the field of Art, Culture, Management, or Public Administration. Experience in personnel/administrative/financial work in Government/Non-Government bodies. Foreign exposure or stay abroad for study/work (preferably UN Languages), Hindi & other Indian languages. Interest/Specialization in any area of Art, Culture, Literature, Traditional Indian Knowledge etc. Practising artists and authors/scholars in the areas of Art, Culture and Literature. Proficiency in Social Media, AV/Stage set up, Graphic Design etc. Adequate experience in Human Resource Management procedures, and IT skills, Financial Management. Last Date for Application Submission 02 February 2026 (up to 1800 hrs) Shortlisted candidates will be called for a presentation/in-person interview at ICCR HQs. Virtual interviews may be permitted only in exceptional circumstances; the candidate must appear physically before the Selection Committee if required. Names of selected candidates will be put on a Panel in order of merit. The Panel will be valid for a period of 3 years and will lapse on expiry of 3 years. Deployment of empanelled candidates is subject to Police Verification, Vigilance Clearance, verification of past service records, Integrity Certificate, Passport & Visa requirements, and training. Empanelment does not guarantee employment, job or assignment; final decision to deploy lies solely with ICCR. The assignment will be for a period up to 3 years and subject to the provisions of the offer of appointment. Selected candidates (on deputation from Government) will draw their current pay + Foreign Compensatory Allowance (approximately ₹4-5 lakhs per month) + other admissible benefits and allowances such as transfer passage, accommodation etc., as per extant rules. Private sector selected candidates shall draw Foreign Compensatory Allowance (approximately ₹4-5 lakhs per month) + other admissible benefits and allowances. Candidates selected for deployment abroad will not be allowed to hold any other job or assignment during the tenure.
