Industry/Service: Higher Education Research Associate is to support the research activities and the activities of the Centre for Software and IT Management (CSITM) under the supervision of Manager and Chair of CSITM. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality academic research, digital content creation, project and event management. Duration: 1 Year Preparing analytical reports and technical documentation Communication with internal and external stakeholders Creation of digital contents, documentation Conducting field study and interaction with different sources for data collection Assisting with data cleaning, estimation, and interpretation results. Contributing to center activities, such as events, conferences, seminars, and social media Strong Computational skills and proficiency in MS office and basic tools for management Excellent analytical, quantitative, and written communication skills Positive attitude, a detail orientation and ability to interact with the extended teams Proficiency in creating and maintaining contents in social media Maintaining records and creation of reports in different forms The closing date for applications is 13 January 2026.
