Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. in Management or Psychology or relevant field, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise. Excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout, including Postgraduation in Management, Psychology, or relevant subjects from a reputed institute/university, completed in regular mode. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, with strong preference for research-oriented roles. Preference for candidates with demonstrated experience in publishing high-quality research papers using quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies. At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed national or international journal, showing ability for independent research and proper methodological application. Desirable Qualifications / Skills: Experience in primary/field data collection and analysis. Experience in publishing research papers. Expertise in qualitative research methodologies and good understanding of quantitative research. Proficiency in SPSS; knowledge of NVivo and AI tools is an added advantage.
Selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship in the range of Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-. HRA will be provided as per applicable norms in addition to the consolidated fellowship.
