Candidate must possess a PhD in Management, preferably in HRM or Psychology, or a relevant field, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise. Candidate must have an excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout, including Postgraduation in Management, Psychology, or relevant subjects from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode. Candidate must have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant research experience post-PhD. Waiver on the experience requirement can be granted to individuals with a PhD from top-tier institutions who have demonstrated experience in publishing high-quality research papers using quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies. Candidate must have at least one research publication in a peer-reviewed ABDC-listed journal, reflecting the ability to conduct independent research and contribute to scholarly knowledge. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in primary/field data collection and analysis, and in publishing research papers. Candidates should have expertise in qualitative research methodologies, a good understanding of quantitative research, and proficiency in SPSS. Knowledge of software such as NVivo and AI tools will be an added advantage.
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship ranging from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-. HRA will be paid as per applicable norms in addition to the consolidated fellowship.

Applications received in response to the advertisement will be scrutinised. Shortlisted applicants will be called for a personal interaction and document verification with original documents at the Noida Campus of IIM Lucknow. Final selection will be based on qualifications, experience and the outcome of the personal interaction.
The position is purely contractual in nature. The selected candidate will be appointed on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, which may be extended further based on performance and institute requirements. Incomplete or ineligible applications will be deemed invalid and rejected without intimation to the candidate. Only eligible candidates will be called for the interview. Only selected candidates will be informed, and no other query will be entertained. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, if called for. Following successful hiring, employee performance will undergo periodic evaluation, and failure to meet performance expectations may result in termination with 15 days' written notice.
