The candidate must possess a Ph.D. in Management or relevant field, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise. An excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout, including Postgraduation in Management, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or related subjects from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode. A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong preference for research-oriented roles. Preference shall be given to candidates who have demonstrated experience in publishing high-quality research papers employing quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies. At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed journal (national or international), reflecting the ability to conduct independent research, apply appropriate methodologies, and contribute to scholarly knowledge. Desirable: Experience in primary/field data collection and analysis, as well as in publishing research papers. Desirable: Expertise in quantitative methods and/or qualitative research approaches, and proficiency in STATA/R and/or Atlas.ti/NVivo.
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship ranging from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-, depending on qualifications and experience. HRA will be paid as per applicable norms..

The position is purely contractual in nature. The candidate selected for the above post will be appointed on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, which may be extended further based on performance and institute requirements.
