✅ Age Limit:

✔️ Additional Director / Professor: Below 50 years.
✔️ Deputy Director / Assistant Professor (Technical): Maximum 40 years.
✔️ Assistant Director / Lecturer (Technical): Maximum 35 years.
✔️ Assistant Director (Administration): Maximum 35 years.
✔️ Technical Assistant: Maximum 30 years.
✔️ Clerk: Maximum 25 years.
✔️ Assistant Director (Library): Up to 56 years for deputation.
✔️ Section Officer (Hindi): Up to 56 years for deputation.
✔️ Junior Assistant: Maximum 25 years.
✔️ Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and as per rules for departmental candidates/EWS/PwD. Crucial date is the closing date for applications from India (excluding specified remote areas).

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Additional Director / Professor: Ph.D. in Packaging/Applied Science/Technology with 12 years experience, or Master's with 15 years. Desirable: 5 years admin experience, published papers.
✔️ Deputy Director / Assistant Professor (Technical): Ph.D. with 8 years, Master's with 10 years, Degree with 12 years, or Diploma with 8 years in packaging/science areas.
✔️ Assistant Director / Lecturer (Technical): Ph.D. with 3 years, Master's with 5 years, Degree with 7 years, or Diploma (3 months) with 8 years teaching experience in packaging.
✔️ Assistant Director (Administration): Master's/PG Diploma in Management/Law/HR with 3 years experience in admin/vigilance/legal.
✔️ Technical Assistant: Degree in Packaging/Science/Technology, or Diploma (3 months). Desirable: 1 year experience.
✔️ Clerk: Degree, plus typing test (35 wpm English/30 wpm Hindi on computer).
✔️ Assistant Director (Library): For deputation - Analogous post or Level 9 with 2 years, PG in Library Science, 3 years library experience.
✔️ Section Officer (Hindi): For deputation - Analogous or Level 6 with 5 years, Master's in Hindi/English, Translation certificate, 2 years translation experience.
✔️ Junior Assistant: Degree, typing test (35/30 wpm).

✅ Selection Process:

✔️ Skill test (for applicable posts like Technical Assistant, qualifying marks: 50% General, 45% reserved, 40% PwD).
✔️ Assessment by committee on teaching/research skills.
✔️ Interview or other evaluations as per post requirements.
✔️ Final merit list based on qualifications and tests.

✅ Application Fee:

✔️ ₹ 1000/- for General candidates.
✔️ ₹ 500/- for OBC.
✔️ ₹ 250/- for SC/ST.
Pay via Demand Draft in favor of "INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PACKAGING" payable at Mumbai. No refund.
