Desirable Qualification and Expertise: Experience after Ph.D. of working in the following areas: Hands-on experience with thin film deposition, i.e. PVD, CVD, ALD, coating etc. Experience with electrical and optical characterization techniques, e.g. I-V, C-V, ellipsometry, microscopy, profilometry, AFM, SEM etc. Experience of working in class 10000 and better cleanroom. Familiarity with electro-optical properties of thin film encapsulations for electronic devices such as photovoltaics and OLEDs.
