Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC NCL), PwD, and ex-servicemen as per Government of India rules. Regular employees of IITs who are educationally qualified may be considered up to a maximum age of 50 years. Candidates need to submit the following fee (application + processing fee) for each post applied: Un-reserved/EWS: Rs. 500/- OBC: Rs. 400/- SC/ST/Women/PwD/ESM: Rs. 300/- Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. The Institute reserves the right to screen and shortlist applications based on criteria higher than the minimum eligibility. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process. The selection process may involve a written test and/or a trade test/presentation/interview. The decision of the competent authority in all matters relating to selection is final and binding.
