Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intend to apply. Candidates shall bring along with them the original degree(s)/certificate(s) and experience certificate(s) at the time of interview for verification. Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview. The selected candidate may get an opportunity for PhD admission.
Applications are invited from Indian nationals only for project position(s) for the consultancy/research project(s) under the Principal Investigator (Prof. Vimal Kumar), Department of Chemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Title of project: Ultrasonication irradiation assisted controlled, synthesis of nano-sized LiMPO4 (M=Fe, Co, Mn and Ni) for high-rate Lithium-ion battery. Sponsor of the project: ANRF (SERB), DST, Government of India. Job description: Design and fabrication of experimental set-up and perform extensive experiments and analysis; and techno-administrative work related to the project. To be uploaded on IIT Roorkee website and copy may be sent to appropriate addresses by Principal Investigator for wider circulation.
