Qualification: M.Tech in Civil Engineering / Dam Safety & Rehabilitation/ Hydrology/Hydraulics/ Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent, preferably from NITs/IITs/IISc or higher institutes. Note: The candidates should have excellent academic performance throughout (i.e. average of High School, Intermediate, B.Tech and M.Tech should be more than 70%) and should have qualified for GATE exam. The essential qualifications may be relaxed in exceptional cases.

Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intend to apply. Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience. Please note that no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
Candidates desiring to appear for the Interview should submit their applications with the following documents to the office of the Principal Investigator through email, by post or produce at the time of the Interview: • Application in a plain paper with detailed CV including chronological discipline of degree/certificates obtained. • Attested copies of degree/certificate and experience certificate. Candidate shall bring along with them the original degree(s)/certificate(s) and experience certificate(s) at the time of interview for verification. Walk-in-interview of the candidates will be held on 12 January 2026 at 11.00 A.M. in ICED, IIT Roorkee.
