• Essential qualifications: Must have qualified J&K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2025 and possess valid J&K Domicile Certificate.
• Desirable: Candidates who appeared in final year Bachelor’s Degree in 2025 must submit proof of having appeared and qualified the examination.

• Open Merit: 32 years (Not born after 01.01.2004 & not born before 01.01.1993)
• Reserved Category & In-service: 34 years
