• M.Sc. (Physics) (Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA and passed not earlier than 03 years) with a qualified CSIR-UGC JRF/NET or GATE

• Maximum 28 years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped)
