Guidelines under Apprentices Act on Reservation for OBC (NCL)/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD is followed. Those who are claiming reservation under OBC (NCL)/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD shall provide certificate as per the standard format prescribed by the Government which is available at https://www.mrpl.co.in/careers. Candidates are required to produce the original documents along with one photocopy at Apprenticeship Fair for verification. Proof of registration in National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal. Proof of Age: SSLC marks card having date of birth or Matriculation certificate indicating date of birth or School leaving certificate indicating date of birth or Municipal birth certificate. Educational qualification [Class X, XII, Diploma, Degree]: a) All mark sheets & certificates of educational qualifications. b) Diploma/Degree certificate and semester wise/year wise individual mark sheets. Proof of CGPA conversion to percentage in minimum essential qualification: Documentary Proof of CGPA conversion to percentage (If applicable) Caste certificate [SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)]/ Income and Asset Certificate (EWS): Caste certificate [SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)]/ Income and Asset Certificate (for EWS category) issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format.
