Qualification

Senior Consultant (Medical College Level)
  • Recognized medical qualification included in the First/Second/Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  • Postgraduate medical qualification in the concerned discipline.
  • For surgical super speciality: M.Ch. or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • For medical super speciality: D.M. or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Minimum 14 years experience in the concerned super speciality department in a recognized medical institution after obtaining PG qualification.
Consultant (Medical College Level)
  • Recognized medical qualification included in the First/Second/Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  • Postgraduate medical qualification in the concerned discipline.
  • For surgical super speciality: M.Ch. or equivalent.
  • For medical super speciality: D.M. or equivalent.
  • Experience requirement:
    • 8 years experience in concerned super speciality department after PG qualification, OR
    • 6 years experience after obtaining recognized DM / MCh qualification.
Junior Consultant / Specialist (Medical College Level)
  • Recognized medical qualification included in the First/Second/Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  • Postgraduate medical qualification in the concerned discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the concerned super speciality department after PG qualification in a recognized medical institution.

 

Age

Age Limit As On 010/1/2026

Minimum Age – 21 Years

Maximum Age – 65 Years

Application Form Fees

Unreserved (UR) and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates are required to pay Rs. 500, while Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates must pay Rs. 250. The fee should be deposited via challan through the Madhya Pradesh Cyber Treasury website under the designated Head of Account. A copy of this challan must be attached to the application form.

 

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of merit prepared using academic qualifications, publications and experience.

 

Form Apply Process

Candidates must submit their applications either in person or via Registered Post by 10-04-2026. The submission should be made on working days between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM at the specified office in Bhopal.

Salary Details

Senior Consultant (Medical College Level) – ₹2,16,768/- per month

Consultant (Medical College Level) – ₹1,99,002/- per month

Junior Consultant / Specialist (Medical College Level) – ₹1,25,000/- per month
