MBBS and PG Degree with concerned/broad specialty, with three years work experience OR Diploma with five years work experience in concerned/broad specialty.
Candidate must be registered with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

Maximum Age: 67 years as on the date of interview.
Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-serviceman as per DOPT rules.

Candidates are requested to bring their Original Certificates in evidence of age proof (Date of Birth) educational Qualification, Medical Council Registration of the State/MCI, experience certificates, Caste certificate (as applicable) along with one set of self-attested Xerox copies
with 2 passport size recent color photographs for appearing in interview with duly filled in application form in the prescribed format as per Annexure -A, without fail.

Full Time Specialist: Entry pay level- 11 with basic pay of Rs 67,700/- plus other allowances as admissible in ESIC.
Part Time Specialist: Rs 60,000/- per month for four hour session per day for four days in week. + Rs. 15000/- on giving undertaking to be available for emergency call duty after the schedule timings per month. Additional Remuneration above 16 hrs/week- Rs. 800/hr for every additional hour.
