Qualification
Manager – Master’s in Business Administration/ Natural Resources Management / Forestry / Agriculture / Sustainability Management / Economics / Environmental Science / Engineering / Computer Science or similar related discipline with at least a first class or equivalent.
The manager roles require 5+ years of professional experience Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Content Management Systems (CMS).
Chief Executive Officer:–
Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Environment, or related disciplines or business management.
Experience: At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in the field of forestry, natural resource management / sustainable Forest management /sustainability/ Certification Management. Exposure on sustainability standards, sustainable forest management, Forest certification, standardization or sustainable development process and Business Development Strong track record of successful results delivery Demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders including Government, communities, NGOs and industry. Strong understanding of responsible and sustainable forest management, and its mechanism at international/national level.
Age
Manager – Preference will be given to the candidates with less than 45 years of age.
Chief Executive Officer – Preference will be given to the candidates with less than 65 years of age
