Qualification
Graduate from a UGC-recognized university/institute, preferably a Law Graduate, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Class I Officer in government service (state or central) or a public undertaking/board/corporation, in drafting and amending laws, rules, by-laws, and notifications in Hindi and English.
