Qualification
Advisor/Expert:-
Qualification: Essential & Desirable Degree in Engg. (Mechanical/ Production/Mfg. Tech/ Electronics/ Electrical/ CS/ IT) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience: Min. 5 years experience in Planning, implementation/ execution/managing of AICTE/NCVT/NSQF approved and handling of other Tool Room certified Training Programmes OR experience in Tool Production/ Planning/ CAD/ CAM/ CAE OR experience in tool design/ Technology development/innovation/Product Development/ design Software OR experience in Industrial relation, Consultancy and Marketing, cost estimation/budgeting/tendering OR planning and execution of preventive maintenance of sophisticated TR machines including CNC machines.
Faculty:-
Qualification: Bsc./M.Sc. In PCM and Master in education.
Experience: Min. 01 year teaching experience in Technical/ Educational Institution.
Trainee Engineer:-
Qualification- Essential & Desirable Degree in Engg. (Mechanical/Production/ Mfg. Tech/ Electronics/ Electrical/CS/ IT) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. (Exact branch to be decided as perrequirement). PG/PG Diploma in Tool Design / Production / CAD/CAM/CAE/VLSI/Embedded system/MechatronicsOR Tool Engg. from recognized institute.
Experience: The Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in Reputed Engineering Organisation or Tech. Institution. in the filed of Tool Production/CAD/CAM/CAE including programming and operation CNC Machines OR experience in Design Software/ Tool Design OR experience in Training on CAD/CAM/CAE/VLSI/Embedded system/Mechatronics.
Legal & Security Officer:- Preferably ex-servicemen having the experience in overall management of Safety and Security, House and Estate Keeping of the Tool Room and monitoring the discipline of around 800 students including 400 in hostel in the premises.
Trainee Technician:-
Qualification: ITI in Machinist/Turner/Fitter/Electrical/Welder/Electronics/ Certificate from MSME Tool Room from recognized Institute. Exact trade would be decided as per requirement. Preference will be given to persons with Certificate in CAD/CAM/CNC from recognized Institution.
Experience: 2 Years practical experience in reputed Tool Room/ Industrial Institutes in tool making/CNC programming and operation.
Skill Set: The candidate must be practically strong in CNCTurning and/or CNC Milling, Tooling, CNC Programming (Manual + CAD/CAM), FANUC / Siemens / Haas/Mitsubishi controllers and Basic machine maintenance.
