Operations	Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
Personnel & Administration	Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.

➢ Step 1: Interested candidates should apply online through the MSTC Careers Portal from 15th November 2025.

➢ Step 2: Fill in the online application form with personal, educational, and other details. Upload the scanned photograph, signature, thumb impression, and hand-written declaration.
