Project Engineer (MEP): BE/B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) with not less than 60% marks from recognised (AICTE) University.
Where percentage of marks is not awarded by the university but only CGPA/OGPA/CPI/DGPA is awarded, it shall be converted into percentage as per conversion norms of the university.
Rounding off percentage will not be acceptable; 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in MEP in Government organization/Public Sector Undertaking or Public Limited Company as Project Engineer or equivalent as on date of issue of the vacancy notification.
An in-depth understanding of MEP System including HVAC components like air distribution and renewable energy systems, electrical systems such as power distribution, and plumbing knowledge for water system, storm drains, and gas piping.
Knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, Revit MEP software, MATLAB, and Simulink to create precise system designs and models.
After preliminary screening of the applications received from candidates by mail, the eligible candidates will only be called for document verification and interaction.
If large number of eligible applicants are received, candidates equal to 15 times the notified vacancies only may be called for document verification and interaction based on their engineering marks and experience.
The candidate will be interviewed by a nominated Committee, and the selection will be finalized on merit basis, on the performance in the interview, qualification and post qualification experience.
The candidate must qualify with minimum 60% marks in the Personal Interview.
The decision of the Nominated Committee of MRVC shall be final and binding.
The period of contract will be initially for a period of two years, extendable on yearly basis on satisfactory performance and mutual consent, and may be renewed on a fresh contract on year-to-year basis.
Panel of standby candidates over and above requirement will be maintained as per merit as decided by MRVC, and such candidates may be engaged as per requirements of MRVC projects within the validity of panel.

Applications should be complete in all respects and strictly as per the prescribed format (Annexure-I).
Applications not conforming to the prescribed format or having illegible/ambiguous certificates or without certificates or incomplete will be summarily rejected.
Self-attested copies of certificates of qualification, proof of date of birth, photo ID proof, experience documents and character certificate from Gazetted Officer/Executive Officer must be attached.
Recommended documents include employment letters from previous and present employers, Form 16 and document indicating Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Number/PF Number.
Pay and perks include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Cafeteria of Allowances, House Rent Allowance, Consolidated Travelling Allowance, Provident Fund (employer's share) etc.
Other entitlements like mobile phone, laptop, sodexo etc are as per the policy of the corporation.
Pay protection will be given to candidates working in IDA E1 grade as Project Engineer or equivalent in the relevant field.
PF and Income Tax and any other incidental recovery will be deducted from Gross Salary as per extant rules.

Leave: Casual Leave 8 days p.a.; Restricted Holidays 2 days p.a.; 10 days sick leave for six months (like Half pay leave with provision for commutation); 12 days special leave per annum.
