Qualification
Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 50% marks in Graduation or Post Graduation.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/Information Systems or MCA or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO): Bachelor/Master’s Engineering Degree or equivalent.
Associate Vice President (IT)-Data Officer: Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/Information Systems or MCA or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
Advisor IT: First Class Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent with 15 years of relevant experience.
Advisor HR: Bachelor’s/Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 20 years of experience.
Advisor STC: Post Graduate (any discipline). Preference for CAIIB, CA, MBA, ICWA, Ph.D., or PG Diploma (Banking). Flair for teaching, sound computer knowledge, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and prior experience as faculty in banks/financial institutions preferred.
Advisor CIAD: Graduate or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in Graduation or Post Graduation and 15 years of relevant experience.
Internal Ombudsman: Graduate (any discipline) with relevant experience.
Age
For Advisor Posts: 60–70 years.
For All Other Posts: 40–50 years.
