Qualification

Educational Qualification & Experience:

✔️ Deputy Manager (Finance): Degree + CA/CMA, 5 years’ experience in sales accounting, treasury, fund management, taxation, ERP environment.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Systems): Degree in Computer Science/IT or Degree + MCA, 5 years’ experience in IT solutions, software development, system/network administration.
✔️ Deputy Manager (HRD): Graduate + PG Degree/Diploma in Social Work/HR/MBA (HR), 5 years’ experience in HR policy, industrial relations, recruitment.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Law): Degree + LLB or 5-year Integrated Law, 5 years’ experience in legal affairs (up to 50% as advocate), court cases, contracts.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Survey-Coal Mines): Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Certificate of Competency, 5 years’ experience in coal mining/survey.
✔️ Deputy Manager (PR&CC): Graduate + PG Degree/Diploma in PR/Journalism/Mass Communication, 5 years’ experience in media management, corporate communication.
✔️ Deputy General Manager (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Certificate of Competency, 17 years’ experience in mechanized opencast mining, mine planning.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Environment): Degree in Engineering + PG Diploma in Environmental Science/Engineering, 5 years’ experience in environmental clearances.
✔️ Senior Manager (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Certificate of Competency, 11 years’ experience in mechanized opencast mining.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Certificate of Competency, 5 years’ experience in mining operations, statutory compliance.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Coal Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Certificate of Competency, 5 years’ experience in coal mining operations.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Safety): Degree in Engineering + Diploma in Industrial Safety, 5 years’ experience as Safety Officer, safety audits, HIRA.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Geology): M.Sc./M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology, 5 years’ experience in deposit evaluation, mine planning.
