Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/AI ML/Information Technology from recognized University / Institution. Specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, deep learning etc. Minimum 1 - 2 year experience in AI model development and deployment through coding, testing, and data management.
Should be a postgraduate in Management studies. Must have a minimum of 1 - 2 year experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products, events, or brand visibility.
Should be a NIFT/NID graduate with previous experience with trend report creation. Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in crafts, visually compelling editorial layouts, infographics, and digital assets to translate trend insights into engaging, accessible narratives.
Should be a NIFT/NID graduate with previous experience with trend report creation. Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in curating and directing the interpretation of trends into fashion lifecycle outputs, ensuring relevance to evolving consumer values and market needs. Developing fashion flat sketches, Proficiency in Gen AI tools, Adobe suite.
Should be a NIFT/NID graduate with previous experience with trend report creation. Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in managing copy content, multimedia content and curation across platforms. Creating multimedia audio, video content using Gen AI tools.

Selection Process
Initial Screening: Evaluation of submitted documents to ascertain whether the candidates meet the eligibility criteria.
Test & Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Screening Test & Personal interview. The dates of Test and mode of interview (offline / online) will be communicated through email to the shortlisted candidates only. The mode of interview / interaction may be either offline or online at the sole discretion of NIFT’s Competent Authority.
Final Selection: The final decision will be based on the overall assessment of the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview or any other Selection criteria fixed by the NIFT / Selection Committee. The decision of NIFT shall be final.
