The positions are under the project entitled “Quantum walk of multi-component bosons and its application to study many-body localization” in the School of Physical Sciences, NISER Bhubaneswar funded by SERB, Govt. of India. ₹31,000/- per month + HRA (as per rules) for candidates who have valid CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship). ₹25,000/- per month + HRA (as per rules) for candidates who do not fall under the above category. Maximum age: 35 years as on 8 February 2026; age relaxation to entitled categories as per SERB rules. The positions are purely temporary for a period of 3 months or completion of the project, whichever is earlier, and are strictly co-terminus with the project. The positions will not lead to any PhD degree in NISER. The positions will not confer any right or claim, implicit or explicit, for consideration or absorption against any NISER post.
