Ph.D: Rs.1,500/- per class subject to the maximum amount of Rs.60,000/- per month. Non-Ph.D: Rs.1,000/- per class subject to the maximum amount of Rs.40,000/- per month. Lab/tutorial classes of 02 contact hours duration will be treated as 01 contact hour for honorarium/remuneration.

Selection will be through Walk-in-interview for engagement of temporary Guest Faculty in the Department of Electrical Engineering for the Academic Session (January–June, 2026). No separate interview call letter will be sent.
Interested candidates may appear for the Walk-in-interview on the specified date and time along with bio-data/CV stating qualification, specialization and experience of teaching (if any) and original supporting documents. The post is purely temporary for Academic Session (January–June, 2026) only. Eligible candidates may send their bio-data/CV in advance to the respective department. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. No separate interview call letter will be sent. Persons engaged in any full-time job in any organization shall not be considered for interview. The decision of the Competent Authority of NIT Arunachal Pradesh shall be final.
