Adhoc Faculty

Qualification

  • Ph.D. in relevant subject (Mathematics, Zoology, German etc.)
  • Desirable: B.Ed. or M.Ed. or M.Ed. with Specialization (for Education & Zoology)
  • Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (German): Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees in German, Fluency in written and spoken German mandatory, or DALF/DSH-B2 with a Masters degree in any domain
  • First class in both UG and PG level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA, if not specified)
  • Candidates who have served as Adhoc faculty for about 5 semesters at NITC are not eligible
  • Candidates who have defended Ph.D. or submitted thesis in the academic year 2025-26 can also apply

Application Form Fees

  • For candidates belonging to General, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories, the registration fee is ₹500, and the application fee is ₹500/-.
  • For candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, or Female categories, the registration fee is ₹500, and there is no application fee (Nil).

Selection Process

  • Shortlisting based on eligibility, academic/professional qualifications, experience
  • Interview: Presentation on area of specialization may be required
  • Reporting at concerned department on notified date
  • No TA/DA provided for interview
