Drive predictive analytics to forecast skilling demand, optimise resource allocation, and identify emerging skill gaps. Work closely with product, development, BA, and stakeholder teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Drive user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and adoption of responsive design frameworks. Ensure adherence to accessibility (WCAG), GIGW 3.0, and design system standards. Data & Analytics Lead, UI/UX Lead

1. Data & Analytics Lead

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech./M.Tech/M.S./PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field (advanced degree preferred).
