✔️ Product Manager, Engagement Manager, Assistant Manager (Analytics, Data & GIS): As per market standards.
✔️ Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts), Assistant Manager (HR & Administration): Approx. CTC Rs.13–14 Lakhs per annum.
Product Manager (IILB / IPRS): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Management, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, platform development, or similar roles.
Engagement Manager (IILB / IPRS): MBA or PGDM from a recognized institution. Minimum 7 years of experience in government engagement, program management, or similar roles.
Assistant Manager (Analytics, Data & GIS) (IILB / IPRS): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, GIS systems, or similar roles.
Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and CA or ICWA degree. Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience as on the last date of application submission.
Assistant Manager (HR & Administration): Graduate in any discipline and full-time MBA, PGDBM, or equivalent degree. Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.

Selection Process
