Qualification
Head (Catering): Graduate Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management. Minimum 7 years in Service Industry, out of which at least 2 years in Food & Beverages Services in ≥ 3-star hotel/resort.
Head (Housekeeping): Graduate Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management. Minimum 7 years in Service Industry, out of which at least 2 years in Housekeeping Management in ≥ 3-star hotel/resort.
Head (Concierge & Overall Experience): Graduate Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management. Minimum 7 years in Service Industry, out of which at least 2 years in Front Desk / Event Management / Concierge / Hotel Administration in ≥ 3-star hotel/resort.
Head (Horticulture): Graduate Degree / Diploma in Horticulture / Agriculture / Floriculture & Landscaping. Minimum 7 years in Service Industry, out of which at least 2 years in Gardening / Landscaping / Landscape Designing.
Head (Training & Diving): Trade Certificate (or Equivalent) as Diver from Indian Navy (preferred) OR Certified Diver from PADI. Minimum 1 year experience in Conducting / Instructing HUET Training. Mandatory valid certificates: Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate, Diving Medical Certificate, HUET, Basic Lifeguard course, Basic First Aid course.
