Qualification
Age Limit (as on 01/08/2025):
✔️ 18–40 years for all posts.
✔️ Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL).
Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Tenure Based Chemical Process Worker (CPW): National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT in the Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) trade. Preference may be given to ex-apprentices of AOCP trade with training/experience in manufacturing and handling military explosives in Ordnance Factories or those trained under the erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board.
Application Form Fees

Selection Process
✔️ Merit List: Based on marks scored in the NCVT examination (80% weightage).
✔️ Trade Test/Practical Test: 100 marks (20% weightage).
✔️ Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of certificates.

Eligible candidates must apply offline using the prescribed application format, downloadable from the Munitions India Limited website. The duly filled application form, along with self-attested photocopies of all required enclosures (educational certificates, NCVT certificate, age proof, caste certificate if applicable) and one extra self-attested photograph, should be sent to:

The envelope must be superscribed with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TENURE BASED CPW PERSONNEL ON CONTRACT BASIS.” Applications must reach within 21 days from the advertisement date (i.e., by 01/08/2025).
