Assistant Manager (Vigilance) - (Regular):
B.E./ B.Tech/ LLB OR MBA / PG Degree/ Two years Diploma in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 01 (one) year of post qualification executive experience at the equivalent / next below grade Rs. 30,000 - 1,20,000 in a large & reputed organization. Candidates working in Private Sector or Public Ltd. Or Joint Venture or working on contract basis should be having CTC of Rs. 7.49 lakhs excluding PF, Gratuity & Pension in preceding one year. Preference will be given to individuals possessing vigilance experience. Specific training in Vigilance/Investigation related course will have an added advantage. Knowledge of CDA rules/ PC Act/ IPC is desirable. Should be well conversant with the process and stages of investigation and disciplinary proceedings and having ability to undertake investigation/ inquiry etc.
Safety Manager - (Regular):
B. Tech. / B.E. in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Avionics with 5 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years should be in aviation industry at equivalent/ next below grade of Rs. 40000- 140000 in a large and reputed organization. or AME Diploma with BAMEL and 7 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years should be in aviation industry at equivalent/ next below grade of Rs. 40000- 140000 in a large and reputed organisation. The two years should cover an appropriate combination of experience in tasks/ activities related to maintenance and/or continuing airworthiness management and/or the surveillance of such tasks- through knowledge of the organization's MOE and safety policy.
Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager - (Contractual):
B. Tech/ Engg Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or equivalent

Station Manager - (Contractual):
MBA / Post Graduate Degree / two years Diploma in Marketing/ Commercial/ Finance/ Aviation Management from a recognized Institution/University with 01 (one) year of post qualification executive experience in relevant field at the equivalent/ next below grade of Rs. 30000-120000). Candidates working in private sector or Public Ltd. or Joint Venture or workingon contract basis should be having annual CTC of Rs. 7.68 lakhs in preceding one year. Age Limit Maximum Age limit: 55 Years Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
In case candidate is unable to pay the fee of Rs. 295/- (Rupees two hundred ninty five) inclusive of GST @ 18% through online mode, he can deposit the same in form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of Pawan Hans Limited payable at Delhi/Noida.

Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview based on the scrutiny of application as per the criteria laid down in the advertisement.
Verification of eligibility claims of the candidates with original documents will be done on the day of interview. However, candidates, at the discretion of Management, may be called for documentation on any other day before scheduling the personal interview.
Details of candidates shortlisted for Documentation/ Personal Interview will be posted on PHL website only. Call Letters to shortlisted candidates will also be sent to their registered e-mails IDs.
During Document Verification, the candidate will have to produce his/her all Original Certificates in support of age, caste, qualification, experience etc. along with a proof of identity and one set of self-attested photocopies of the Certificates. If the identity of the candidate is in doubt or he/she is not able to produce the requisite documents or there is mismatch of information in the documents, his/her candidature will be rejected. No additional time will be given for producing original documents.
Candidates already working in Central Government/State Government/Autonomous Body/Public Sector Undertaking are required to submit their application through proper channel or produce "No Objection Certificate" from the present employer on the day of interview, failing which his/her candidature will not be considered. Other claims such as undertaking to resign in the event of selection, acknowledged copy of application for NOC/resignation letter, experience certificates etc. shall not be considered in place of NOC.
In case a candidate does not appear for Document Verification along with original documents, he/she shall not be eligible for further selection procedure and his/her candidature shall summarily be rejected.
After Document Verification, the provisionally shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by an approved panel of 5-6 members.
Final selection will be made in order of merit prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in interview subject to meeting all other eligibility criteria prescribed for the post.
Name of the candidates provisionally selected for appointment will be declared on PHL website. The Offer of Appointment shall be issued to the provisionally selected candidates on their Registered email IDs only.
Selection of candidates shall be provisional, subject to verification of documents relating to eligibility criteria, character and antecedents and other documents submitted by the candidate and is also subject to his/her meeting the requisite medical standards for the post and other requirements applicable for appointments under the rules of PHL.
Appointment of successful candidates will be subject to further verification of concerned documents related to Age, Qualification, Caste & Medical fitness certificates etc. from the issuing authorities so that the candidate is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service/post.
