Qualification
Multi-skill foundation course:-
- B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of teaching/industrial experience, OR
- ITI certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Welding/Fitter-Turner with a minimum of 3 years of teaching/industrial experience.
Matron – Must have passed 10th grade, be over 35 years of age, and be a widow, divorcee, or unmarried.
Yoga Instructor – A postgraduate degree in Yoga with a diploma/certificate in Yoga, along with 2 years of work experience in the field.
Sports Instructor – C.P.Ed. and various sports like Judo/Takedown, Wrestling, Kabaddi, Basketball, Athletics, Karate, Kho-Kho, and Volleyball.
Dance Expert – Certificate or Diploma in any Indian Classical or Folk Dance style.
Music Expert – Proficiency in playing instruments such as Keyboard, Congo, Flute, Harmonium, Tabla, etc.
Self-Defense Trainer (Female) – Black Belt in any martial art.

Salary Details
Multi-skill foundation course – Rs. 34,125/- per month for 9 months.
Matron – Minimum wage for unskilled MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) as per government rules.
Yoga Instructor – Rs. 1042/- per session, with a maximum of Rs. 12500/- per month for 8 months. The same amount is mentioned twice, indicating a consistent payment structure.
Sports Instructor – Rs. 1250/- per session, with a maximum of ₹20,000/- per month for a 5-month period.
Dance Expert – Rs. 1042/- per session, with a maximum of Rs. 25,000/- for 8 months.
Music Expert – Rs. 1042/- per session, with a maximum monthly earning of Rs. 25,000/- for 8 months.
Self-Defense Trainer (Female) – Rs. 1042/- per session, with a maximum of Rs. 12500/- per month for 8 months.
