Salary Details
Level 3 (equivalent to Grade C): ₹3,10,000/- per month (Negotiable range: ₹3,10,000/- to ₹4,10,000/-)
Level 4 (equivalent to Grade D): ₹4,30,000/- per month (Negotiable range: ₹4,30,000/- to ₹6,10,000/-)
Level 6 (equivalent to Grade E): ₹4,80,000/- per month (Negotiable range: ₹4,80,000/- to ₹6,00,000/-)
Housing Allowance: Applicable housing allowance at the centre of posting (included in compensation package)
Annual Increment: 7% increase on successful completion of every 12 months during contract period
Tax: Compensation subject to applicable tax deduction at source
Note: Selection Committee reserves right to fix appropriate initial consolidated amount within range after negotiation based on qualification, experience, skill set. Decision will be final with no further enhancement requests entertained
Travel Allowance: For official domestic tours, TA/HA/VOF/hotel/hired car facility as applicable to equivalent grade
Medical Facility: Emergency dispensary facility for self only within office premises
No Other Benefits: Contract appointees not eligible for superannuation/separation benefits or any other allowance/perquisite/medical benefit
