Radiographer (X-Ray Technician) – Diploma in Radiography / X Ray Technician / Radiodiagnosis Technology.
Health & Malaria Inspector Grade-II – B.Sc. with Chemistry, 01 Year Diploma in Health / Sanitary Inspector.
Lab Assistant Grade-II – Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
Dialysis Technician – B.Sc. and Diploma in Hemodialysis.
ECG Technician – Degree / Diploma in ECG Laboratory Technology / Cardiology / Cardiology Technician / Cardiology Techniques.

For SC / ST / EBC : Rs. 250/-
For All Category female : Rs. 250/-
General / OBC : Rs. 400/- will be refunded and Other candidates : Rs. 250/- will be refunded to the bank account after appearing in Stage I Exam.
