Qualification
General Manager (Projects) E-8: BE/B.Tech (60%) + 22 years experience (min 5 years in last 10 in RE project execution, min 100 MW Solar/Wind in last 5 years).
Manager (Finance) E-4: CA/CMA/MBA-Finance (60%) + 7 years experience.
Senior Accounts Officer E-2: CA/CMA/MBA-Finance (60%) + 1 year experience.
Junior Accountant S-1: CA Inter/CMA Inter/M.Com/B.Com (55%) + 1 year experience.
Senior Engineer (O&M) FTE: B.E/B.Tech Electrical + 1 year RE/power sector experience.
Sr. Consultant: BE/B.Tech Electrical/Power/CA/MBA-Fin + 20+ years (10 years in Electrical/Power sector, preferably DISCOM/TRANSCO).

Selection Process
Screening/Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, percentage of marks, and relevant experience.
Written Test (if conducted): If a large number of applications are received, SECI may conduct a screening test/written test.
Group Discussion / Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview.
Document Verification: Final validation of all original certificates and documents.

Salary Details
Regular Posts: ₹22,000 – ₹2,80,000 (IDA) + perks
Fixed Term: ₹50,000 (Consolidated)
Consultant: ₹1,25,000 per month
