Qualification
- Protocol and Administration Officer:
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. - An MBA or PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance will be an added advantage.
- Requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in protocol, administration, hospitality, or event management, preferably in a Bank,
- PSU, Government/regulated entity, reputed corporate, or a subsidiary of a government-owned company/undertaking.
Analyst – Equity Investment:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Management, or a related field from a recognized university/institute.
- Desirable: Postgraduate qualification such as MBA/PGDM (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent.
- Additional desirable credentials: Certifications in capital markets or research analysis from recognized bodies.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in equity research, investment research, portfolio management support, credit research, or related roles in banks, DFIs, AMCs, brokerages, rating agencies, or research firms.
Age
Protocol and Administration Officer: Maximum 57 years.
Analyst- Equity Investment: Maximum 40 years.
