FLC Counsellors (Contractual):

Eligibility: Retired officials of SBI / other PSBs / RRBs in Scale-I to Scale-IV. In case sufficient retired officers not available, retired clerical staff from SBI only may be considered.

Age Limit: Minimum 60 years and Maximum 63 years as on 31.01.2026.

Essential: Proficiency in local language (read, write, speak, understand) of the applied area + Working knowledge of computers. Must possess a Smart Mobile Phone.
FLC Directors (Contractual):

Eligibility: Retired officers of SBI / other PSBs / RRBs in Scale-III & Scale-IV only.

Age Limit: Minimum 60 years and Maximum 63 years as on 31.01.2026.

Essential: Proficiency in local language (read, write, speak, understand) + Working knowledge of computers. Must possess a Smart Mobile Phone.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on the following steps:-

Shortlisting of applications (parameters decided by Bank; meeting minimum criteria does not guarantee call)

Personal Interview (100 marks; qualifying marks decided by Bank)

Merit list prepared circle-wise & category-wise based on interview scores (tie-breaker: higher age)

Form Apply Process
Eligible retired officials must apply online only through the SBI recruitment portal. The steps are follows:-
➢ Step 1: Visit https://recruitment.sbi.bank.in/crpd-rs-2025-26-23/apply and register/login.
➢ Step 2: Fill the online application form carefully with personal, retirement, experience, and other details.
➢ Step 3: Upload scanned copies of Brief experience particulars (last 10 years – PDF), ID Proof, Date of Birth proof, PPO copy, Recent Photograph, Signature, EWS/Caste certificate (if applicable), and any other relevant documents.
➢ Step 4: Submit the application and take printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
➢ Step 5: No application fee is required.
