Applicant must be a Citizen of India and Permanent Resident of Assam. Selected Applicants will have to submit Proof of Residence after publication of the Final Select List. However, Applicants belonging to SC, ST, OBC/MOBC are exempted from submitting such Certificates. The Applicant must be registered with a local Employment Exchange in Assam. The Applicant must speak Assamese or any other State language fluently.
Multitasking & Maintenance Staff-II (Non-Technical): Minimum Class VIII passed from a recognized School or Institution and maximum qualification will be HSSLC or Class XII passed from recognized Board or Council.

Must have sound health both mentally and physically and free from organic defect or bodily infirmity likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duty. Shall be required to undergo medical examination before appointment to the service. Weight: Proportionate to height as per medical standard.
Applicant must be in good mental and bodily health and free from physical deformities. Must be free from diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, hernia, piles, respiratory diseases, knock-knee, flat foot or any other physical deformity. Should not be colour blind or squint eyed. Eye Sight: Distance vision should be 6/6 for at least one eye and not poorer than 6/9 for the other without correction. Near vision should be normal. Varicose vein shall be considered as temporary disqualification.
The present number of vacancies is tentative in nature and subject to final clearance by the Government. Vacancies are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time/stage of recruitment process. Applicants must register in the application portal only once for all Advertisements.
