Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognised University in India.
Proficiency in Shorthand with a speed of 120w.p.m. in Shorthand (English).
Knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. on computer.

₹ 1500/- for General category candidates.
₹ 750/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Ex-servicemen/ PwD/ Dependent of Freedom Fighter candidates.
